Tim Alderman | Owner/President

Tim began his career at Alderman after achieving his bachelors degree from Central Michigan University in 1989. Tim transitioned from sales, marketing, and advertising into the management roll at Alderman's in 2013. Tim and his wife Tricia purchased the dealership from his parents Wade and Laura in 2014. With the help of Spader Business Consultants, Tim and Tricia have transitioned Alderman's Inc. into a lean, state-of-the-art dealership and were able to expand to a second location in 2015. Tim has held many executive board and volunteer positions such as sitting on the local chamber of commerce board, the board of the local hospital foundation, as a community director for Huntington Bank, and also his church's advisory council. Tim lives in Owosso with his high school sweetheart, Tricia. They have 2 grown children and love to travel in their spare time.

Kelvin Alderman | Branch Manager - Finance & Insurance

Kelvin Alderman is the son of owner, Tim Alderman and the great grandson of founder Jerry Alderman. This makes Kelvin the 4th generation of the Alderman family to work in the business. Kelvin received his bachelors degree from Alma College and The London School of Economics. He earned his masters degree in 2022 from Northwood University in organizational management. Kelvin manages our Kubota store while also excelling at sales of Kubota and related product. Kelvin is licensed to represent and sell the line of property insurance products offered by our manufacturers. Kelvin lives in Owosso and loves to work on his house and travel in his spare time.

Lori Davenport | Accounts Receivable

Lori has worked at Alderman's since 2002 in the administration department. While doubling as a salesperson at our Kubota location she has mastered her day-to-day duties handling HR and payroll. She has extensive knowledge in Kubota, Land-Pride and Woods products. When Lori's not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and two grandsons, listening to Bruce Springsteen and taking rides on her ranger. Lori lives in Durand with her husband Dave and there dog Sophie.

Pamela Damic | Accounts Payable

Pam joined our administrative team in February of 2023 as our accounts payable. Pam has tremendous experience in accounting, production management, purchasing, and general management. We truly appreciate her wealth of experiences and she has become an integral part of our management team in her short tenure. Pam lives in Chesaning with he dog Zane and loves to work in her yard, travel, and socialize with friends.

Todd Otto | Salesman

Todd has been in sales since 2016. Before that he worked in our service shop at the Kubota store. Todd is a small farmer himself and understands the needs of today's family farmer. He is married to his high school sweetheart Miranda and they have one son Vance, they live in the New Lothrop area. Todd covers the north and east parts of our territory.
Clint Hawks
Clint Hawks | Salesman

Clint has been with Aldermans since November of 2022. He has been in sales since 2019 and before coming to Alderman's, he worked in the seed industry and has been involved in the farm culture since he was a kid. Clint grew up on a family farm in western Illinois. Now, he and his wife Carrie live in Laingsburg, MI. When he's not working, Clint coaches high school track and mentors for the Red Thunder Robotics Club for Laingsburg Schools.

Jerry "JJ" Terrell | Sales

J.J. has been selling outdoor power equipment for ten years and his core competency rests on equipment for the landscaper and the right equipment for homeowners to make their job as easy as possible. He is a big believer in making sure people get the most out of each dollar spent. In his free time he enjoys hiking and road trips exclusively in Michigan. On weekends he writes, composes, and produces music remotely over the internet with well known musicians from all over the world in his elaborate home studio. He is proficient on every instrument except those from the woodwind family.

Matt Travis | Parts Manager

Matt has been with Alderman’s since 2012 but has been working in the equipment industry since 1996. With extended training CaseIH Next-Gen Parts Catalog, CaseIH Counter Of Attack, CaseIH Creating A High Performance Parts Department. Matt specializes in purchasing, team building, inventory management, cost structuring, merchandising, stock order management, CaseIH programs. Matt lives in Flint, MI with his wife Stephanie and their four children- Mackenzie, Hunter, Madison and Emma. His interests include the outdoors, traveling, working on his home and music.

Bill Davenport | Parts Sales

Bill has worked for Alderman's since the early 1980's and is our most senior employee. Bill has a photographic memory and his wealth of knowledge is unparalleled. He is married and lives with his wife, Cheryl, in Bancroft. Bill is a lifelong outdoor enthusiast and loves to hunt, fish, snowmobile, and do yard work.
Ally Majzel
Ally Majzel | Parts Department - Kubota

Ally recently joined Alderman's in May of 2022 to internship for her Agriculture Industries program at MSU. Ally has lived in Corunna her entire life working on her family farm where she raised and showed cattle. She went on to win Grand Champion market steer at MLE (Michigan Livestock Expo) in 2021. Ally enjoys attending steer shows, hanging out with her friend and recently started renovating her home. She accepted a full time position in the parts department and enjoy watching her knowledge grow! We appreciate her versatility and are excited to see what she will do next!

Daniel Lawcock | Service Technician

Danny started working at Alderman's in March of 2017 after he graduated from Baker College Auto Diesel Institute program and has worked in our service department for the last six years. He comes from a farming background and has a small hobby farm of his own. Cub Cadet, Kawasaki, Echo and Kubota are just a few of the of the brands that he is educated in and is always taking classes to further his education. Danny lives in Morrice with his wife and there dog Tucker.

Ben Spaleny | Service Manager

Ben Spaleny is from Corunna, Mi and was born and raised on a small family farm. He comes to us with many years of experience working as both a mechanic and as a manager of a large team. His communication skills are superior and we are confident our customers will enjoy working with him. Ben is married and has 2 children and they also both work for Alderman's in Lennon. His hobbies are working on his small farm and traveling with his wife all around the USA.
Dale Jones
Dale Jones | Service Writer - Lawn and Garden

Gary Smith | Service Technician

Gary has been with Alderman’s since 2006 but has been with related machinery his whole life as he grew up on a farm. He had extended service training includes computer diagnostics (CaseIH service tool), electric and hydraulics. His specialties are combines, electrical, overhauls and hydraulics. Gary lives in Howell, MI with his wife Dana and their two daughters Megan, Becca and Brayden. In his free time he enjoys camping, spending time with his family, driving anything RED, and BBQ-ing just about anything.

Emmitt Spaleny | Service Technician

Emmitt came to work for Alderman's in 2020 and has really impressed us with his natural ability and willingness to learn. He has shown an aptitude for advance farming practices such as GPS, Auto-Guide navigation. We plan to send Emmitt to CaseIH service school to receive his AFS Certification. Emmitt lives in Corunna on his small family farm and enjoys caring for horses and maintaining his own farm machinery. Emmitt married his long-time sweetheart, Jess in 2021.

Bailey Spaleny | Service Technician

Bailey Spaleny joined his brother, Emmitt in our service department in 2020. Bailey is full of youthful excitement and can't wait to learn as much as he can about our industry. He has a natural ability and learns very quickly. Our plan is that Bailey will specialize in small to midsized tractors, skid-steer loaders, hay equipment, and planters. Bailey lives in Corunna on his small farm and enjoys caring for his horses and working on his own farm machinery in his spare time.
Eric Marshall
Eric Marshall | Service Tech - Lawn & Garden

Eric joined the Alderman's in January of 2022 and stepped into the service tech position with ease. Eric lives in Oakley, Michigan with his wife Marsha and their one child. In his free time he enjoys working on antique tractors and spending time with his family. Eric has been a wonderful asset to our team as he is willing to learn and doesn't give up when things are difficult.
Jon Bitterman | Parts Sales

Jon recently graduated from Ferris State University with a bachelors degree in heavy equipment tech. He spent two summers working as an intern and we really enjoyed his knowledge and demeanor. His role in our parts department is a perfect fit.

Lemuel Brown, IV | Service Writer - Kubota

Lemuel Brown IV has worked for Alderman's since 2008 and has transitioned from service technician to service writer/shop foreman of our Kubota service shop. He is currently at our Kubota location as our Service Writer. "Lem" has many years of industry experience and can diagnose most service issues at a first glance or even over the phone. He is a natural leader and his techs trust his knowledge and rely on him for his wisdom and guidance. Lem is married to his wife Kim and they live in Birch Run.
Blake Mars
Blake Mars | Service Technician

Blake has been with Alderman's working at the Kubota location for since 2018. Blake is extremely talented and can fix most anything and never hesitates to try something new. He is know for his excellent attention to detail and we are excited to send him to Kubota service school to see how far he can go. Blake lives in Owosso with his fiancee and their 2 children. In his spare time, Blake likes to work in his yard and work on custom car fabrication projects.

Bruce Robinson | Service Technician - Kubota

Bruce Robinson began his career at Alderman's in Lennon in September of 2023. In his short tenure in our Kubota service shop, he has show a tremendous aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving. His previous experiences in the automotive and construction industries have contributed to his general knowledge. With some more experience and training at Kubota University, we expect big things from Bruce.

Christopher Barber | Service Technician - Kubota

Chris Barber joined Alderman's in 2023 in our lawn and garden shop at the main store. Having retired from the US Navy, we knew Chris would have the grit and determination to tackle anything we threw at him. Chris has since moved from our lawn and garden shop to our Kubota store. We expect big things from Chris. Chris lives in Owosso with his wife and daughter. He enjoys traveling, barbecuing, and working on his home.
